NJCDC CFO Wins AwardThe Paterson Alliance (PAL) consists of non-profit organizations that serve the residents of Paterson. Each year PAL asks its members to select someone who goes above and beyond the call of duty in helping his or her organization accomplish its mission. Today, Tamour Kousha, NJCDC's CFO, was named a 2017 Extra Mile Award recipient in a luncheon at the Brownstone House.

As CFO, Tamour oversees all of the financial affairs of NJCDC. We are fortunate to operate many different programs and services which collectively serve more than 3,000 children and families each day. While our program staff has a more public face, it's rare that behind-the-scene administrators responsible for the smooth functioning of an organization get recognized. That's why NJCDC is proud to acknowledge Tamour as one of the 2017 Extra Mile Award winners. He is the very definition of someone who is dedicated, hard-working, and committed to the people we serve.

In addition to his work at NJCDC, Tamour serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of the Community Charter School of Paterson. Tamour is an integral component of NJCDC's success and we are proud to acknowledge Tamour's recognition as a 2017 Extra Mile Award recipient.
