By offering 127 Paterson women free suits, NJCDC and Dress for Success helped them take that crucial first step towards a better future. The women who attended these workshops were also given vouchers for two additional free suits and accessories at Dress for Success' Morristown location.

At both events, presentations included Q&A sessions on how to prepare for job interviews. Attendees were also given packets with information about Dress for Success and the free programs and events they hold in northern New Jersey.
