NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Passaic County Open Space, Farmland, & Historic Preservation Trust Fund Grant Application

Please take notice that New Jersey Community Development Corporation (NJCDC) will hold a public hearing regarding its application to the Passaic County Open Space, Farmland, & Historic Preservation Trust Fund.

The purpose of this hearing is to present information and receive public comment on NJCDC’s proposed project for the preservation and rehabilitation of the historic William Waldman Independence House, located at 16 Spruce Street in Paterson, New Jersey. This property serves as a transitional living facility for young men aging out of foster care.
